Jake W Morrison

Mimesis is a graphic novel project by Jake Morrison. Details are yet to be announced, but it takes place in a strange and psychologically distressing environment. The first Kickstarter was a success, but I put a pause on the project to make improvements to the universe.

My primary goal with Mimesis is onefold: to make constant improvements with each issue, to the point where I’ve mastered the art of sequential comic making by the end (yeah right).

My first comic after making nothing but cartoony animals (in Dani and Ramen) was rough, but after the first few I really got the hang of it, and now I look forward to a future of making comic issues.
